Attorney Kirk Eley is the Founding partner at Eley & Wolfenbarger, PLLC Mr. Eley is a graduate of the North Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1995. Mr. Eley went on to receive his law degree in 1998 from the Regent University. Mr. Eley has been in private practice in Raleigh, North Carolina since 1999.

During his legal career, Mr. Eley has represented clients in a number of areas of law including civil litigation, worker’s compensation, social security disability, medical malpractice, real estate, wills and estates, probate and government law. Mr. Eley’s current practice is primarily devoted to representing injured parties in automobile accident and worker’s compensation cases.

Mr. Eley is licensed to practice in all North Carolina state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Mr. Eley is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Attorney Lane Wolfenbarger is the managing partner at Eley & Wolfenbarger, PLLC. Mr. Wolfenbarger is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1991. Mr. Wolfenbarger went on to receive his law degree in 1997 from the Nashville School of Law. Mr. Wolfenbarger has been in private practice in Knoxville, Tennessee since 1997.
